We have added “Character Selection” for each player to the application items for two 5-on-5 tournaments (Street Fighter III 3rd STRIKE: Fight for the Future and Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O.) on start.gg.

This item is in accordance with the rules that set a limit on the minimum number of characters chosen in a team and the number of players who can pick the same character.

How to register your character
<Before completing the payment of your registration fee(s)>
Please select the character to play in the “Other Information” section when you make your registration on start.gg.

<After completing the payment of your registration fee(s)>
Go to the “Dashboard” on start.gg and select “Update Registration” in “Your Event”.
Show “Other Information” and select the character to play.

* You can change the selected character anytime until the registration deadline: April 7th Mon, 11:59 JST.
* You can change the selected character on the “Update Registration” on the Dashboard.

The following rules must be applied regarding the characters selection:
・Each team must use at least three different characters.
・No more than two players on a team may use the same character.
・Once a specific point determined by the tournament organizers is reached, character changes will not be allowed for the remainder of the tournament. The following three points must be observed regarding the characters to be used.

<Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O.>
The following rules must be applied regarding the characters selection
・Each team must use at least three different characters.
・Once a specific point determined by the organizers is reached, character changes will not be allowed for the remainder of the tournament.
