Evo Japan FGC Cosplay is updated!

As you know, Evo Japan is known as a festival of fighting games, but it is also a festival of cosplay.
In order to make cosplay safer and more convenient for cosplayers and visitors alike, the EVO Japan guidelines have been updated.
In addition, rules for changing rooms and cloakrooms, which have not been defined in advance, will be developed, and a ‘Cosplay Participation Ticket’ will be sold to unify the services offered to cosplayers!

The ‘Cosplay Participation Ticket’ includes the right to participate in cosplay, to use the changing rooms and the cloakroom.
In order to cosplay at EVO Japan 2025, an admission ticket (1 day ticket / 3-day bundle) is required in addition to a ‘cosplay participation ticket’.

Before purchasing a ‘cosplay participation ticket’, please read the cosplay guidelines to understand the prohibitions and terms and conditions.

【Cosplay Participation Ticket】
"Cosplay Ticket" and "Admission Ticket" are required to cosplay at Evo Japan 2025.
Cosplayers must redeem the ticket for the "Cosplay Registration Card" at the venue's reception.
Please note that you will be asked to fill in the ‘cosplay registration form’ to redeem the cosplay card.
Please remember to bring an electric device to present the ticket on the day of the event."
*Reception at TOKYO BIG SIGHT for cosplayers is TBA.

　●3 Days Bundle, 3,000 yen (tax incl.)
　End of sales: 7 April, MON, at noon JST
　You can redeem a ‘Cosplay Registration Card’ valid for the duration of the event with this ticket.

　●1 Day, 1,500 yen (incl.)
　End of sales: Midnight JST on the day before each event date.
　You can redeem for a ‘cosplay registration card’ valid for only one of the days between 9 (Fri) and 11 (Sun) May.
