Rule changes and information updates for EVO Japan 2023

・EVO Japan 2023 Under 18 years old participants agreement has been updated.
・The pre-registration area has been cancelled.
・The location of the registration reception has been changed; from the entrance of the venue to the preliminary area for each main title.
・The rental of arcade sticks will be limited to use in the main tournament only; no longer available for side tournaments.
・The use of USB headsets of your own will be prohibited.
・Checkrooms will be set up.

Parental consent is required for all main tournament competitors under the age of 18.
The consent form may be requested during the tournament, and failure to have the form may result in disqualification.

・The pre-registration area has been cancelled.
Pre-registration has been discontinued; entries will not be open on Thursday, March 30.

・The location of the registration reception has been changed.
From the entrance of the venue to in front of the preliminary area for each main title.
After entering the venue, please gather at the preliminary area for the titles you plan to compete in.
A venue map will be available soon.
All competitors are requested to check the start time on start.gg and gather at the preliminary pool area 10 minutes prior to the start of the tournament.

・The rental of arcade sticks will be limited to use in the main tournament only; no longer available for side tournaments.
Due to a large number of competitors and visitors expected, arcade controllers will be loaned only for use in the main tournament.
Please note that we do not rent out equipment for use in side tournaments or BYOC areas.

・The use of USB headsets of your own will be prohibited.
EVO Japan 2023 will be pre-set up with our official headgear, the INZONE H3.
It is prohibited to change the setup by bringing in other USB connection headgear, etc., as it takes time to check the connection.

・Checkrooms will be set up.
A cloakroom will be set up next to Info near the entrance. A venue map will be available soon.
