Regulations

• Version "Guilty Gear -Strive-" for PlayStation®5
  The use of additional DLC characters will be prohibited within 2 weeks of their release date.
• Maximum number of participants: 2,048
• Please note that once the maximum number of participants has been reached, you cannot register even if you have already purchased a player ticket. Please check the entry status of the title you participate in before purchasing a player ticket, and register as soon as possible after getting your entry code. Check the entry status on start.gg .

Match format

• Double elimination format
  2/3 Rounds per Game, 3/5 Games per Set.

Game Settings

• 2-Player Mode
• 99 second timer
• No restrictions on characters used.
• Random stage and BGM select (players may opt for an agreed stage)
• Loser of prior game may switch character
• Ultimate Edition colors are banned for all characters

Controller Settings

• The button settings in the game can be freely changed. However, the use of macro functions on the controller, such as continuous fire, is prohibited.
• Your controller must adhere to the following:
  Operation other than movement [Punch, Kick, Slash, Heavy Slash, Dust (default: R1)] cannot be assigned to multiple input mechanisms.
  When moving with a direction key or button, the same movement cannot be assigned to multiple input mechanisms.
  If the left and right direction inputs are entered at the same time, both inputs must be enabled or both inputs must be disabled.
  Legacy controllers are not allowed.
  ("Legacy controllers" refers to arcade sticks and controller devices that are native to the PlayStation®3)
  If players use a legacy controller device, that offending player will be disqualified. However, devices that are native to PS4 (and still work on PS3) will be allowed to be used.
• Peripheral devices (converters, etc.) are not provided by the event, so please bring your own as needed.
